‘The Feeling’ represents everything that is good about house music in 2013. Whilst there’s a nod to the early 90’s with deep pads, pianos, and a high-pitched vocal hook, the quality and depth of the production on ‘The Feeling’ is truly cutting edge, and very much the sound of now.
On ‘Friction’ we find Eden going down a deeper, more progressive route that channels classic Detroit sounds, by way of Ibiza. ‘Friction’ builds beautifully, chugging along with swinging beats, diva-esque vocal, and jazzy keys.
The maturity of Eden’s sound clearly belies his years. These nostalgic, fresh, feel good productions, have an extra special quality that separates him from the pack, marking him out as a new talent, you need to keep your eye on.
